Welcome to KareAid. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website [www.kareaid.com] and our mobile massage and stretch therapy services. By using our site or booking services, you agree to these Terms.

  1. Services Provided

We offer mobile massage and stretch therapy services delivered to your home, office, or other approved location. All services are provided by licensed or certified professionals.

  1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to book services. Minors may receive services with written consent from a parent or legal guardian.

  1. Booking and Cancellation
  • Appointments must be booked through our website, app, or customer service line.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee.
  • No-shows may be charged the full session rate.
  1. Payment Terms
  • Payment is due at the time of booking.
  • We accept credit and debit cards as payment methods.
  • All prices are listed in dollars and are subject to change without notice.

 

  1. Health and Safety
  • Clients must disclose any relevant medical conditions, injuries, or contraindications prior to any booked session.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service if a therapist determines it is unsafe or inappropriate to proceed.
  • Services are not a substitute for medical care or diagnosis.
  1. Privacy and HIPAA Compliance

We are committed to protecting your personal and health information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy and HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices for details on how we collect, use, and safeguard your data.

  1. Code of Conduct

Clients and therapists are expected to maintain respectful and professional behavior at all times. Harassment, abuse, or inappropriate conduct will result in immediate termination of services and may be reported to authorities.

  1. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, and service descriptions—is the property of KareAid and may not be used without permission.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KareAid is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

  1. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in the state of Maryland, unless otherwise required by law.

  1. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
